import CCLI song has no cancel option

Bug description:
I clicked `File->Import->CCLI SongSelect` and the dialog asked me to
put my login details in. I don't have a login, there was no way to
close the dialog and return to the main window. The close button was
greyed out. I had to kill the app.
Windows 8, OpenLP 2.4.6
