verse number in Hebrew left

Bug description:
when displaying German and Hebrew bible text passages, in both cases
the verse number appears left to the text. This is correct for German
and English. But in Hebrew it happens to be in midst of the verse. In
addition it's aligned left. Both should be corrected for right to left
writing as in Hebrew.
