send to live shortcut for media manager no longer works under bibles

Bug description:
Windows 10 Pro 64bit
OpenLP 2.2.1
From Media manager
Click Bibles
Type "1 john 3v1-"
press enter (sends to preview)
press shift + enter (FAILS to send to live)
Shift + enter works under the songs tab. The issue seems to be isolated to
the Bibles tab.
