2.Open LP 2.4
3.If a powerpoint presentation was dragged into service manager and then is
sent to live, the preview of the slides on the live side of the service are
visible. Once you close the service and re-open and try to double click on the
powerpoint in the service manager, the powerpoint will be displayed, but the
preview tiles on the live side are blank. This issue is consistent with both
ppt and pptx file types
