It is only possible to have one version running so logic has been amended to
support this.
The core web server on the first instance locks the ports.

Add "Close & continue" if the program is already running

Bug description:
If OpenLP is already running the user is given two choises:
Run 2nd instance
Don't run
It would be useful to have "Close old & start new" option as well,
so users could kill ghost/old apps.
