This report is a little old. Have your issues been fixed in later OpenLP
versions? From my memory these issues were fixed.

Open LP crashes trying to save/load service

Bug description:
A few weeks after upgrading to 2.2.1, OpenLP crashes when trying to
save or load a service using service manager or file menu. It also
crashes during song export when choosing a file directory and theme
export. Using OSX Yosemite 10.10.2
