the issue appear only in 2.4.6 version it was not in 2.2
the issue is (I hope I could explain good in english)
the arabic writing is a little bit different from English the letter" ع " is
the same as " عـ " (like capital and small in English) the different is the
first we use at the end of the word and the second we use ant the beginning or
in the middle of the word (unlike english we use capital letter in the
beginning and small letter in the middle or end)
the issue appear if we add some thing we cold it in Arabic "kasheda" like this
ــــ (it is not dash or underscore) we use it if we want to extends the small
letter which is in the middle of the word, like this " عـ "to be like this "
عـــــــربـــــي " in the full word, (in normal it appear like this " عربي "
without "kasheda")
the issue is here when I write "kasheda" after the small letter to extend it,
it turns the small letter to capital like this " ع ـــــربي " which is
unreadable in Arabic, the correct is " عــــــربــــي "
Again this issue dose not appear in 2.2 version
