Find duplicates wizard does not reset cursor if closed from "x"
instead of "cancel" button and causes traceback on exit

Bug description:
If "Find duplicates" wizard is cancelled from "x"
instead of the "cancel" button, cursor does not
get reset from "loading" and causes traceback
on closing OpenLP.
Traceback is attached as a photo in comments,
since the whole program crashes and traceback
text is not available for copying.
