Looking at the design of OpenLP, the projector stuff simply doesn't fit
in the plugin structure due to the way it works and how plugins works.

Bug description:
Shouldn't the projector stuff be a plugin so it can be
enabled/disabled? I'm pretty sure a lot of churches don't have a
compatible projector so they can't use it.
