Wrong. Re-read the ldap.conf(5) manpage. You must use an ldaprc file, not
ldap.conf.
Yeah, I already noted this in this thread previously. And that you can use
the -o options as documented in the ldapsearch man page. And provided the
literal test in the test suite that shows how to use those options.
