I went through the documentation and as per description tried to add 
configurations, but when I tried to create OLC from slapd.conf, then changed 
values not reflected there they are always
olcSssVlvMax: 0
olcSssVlvMaxKeys: 5
olcSssVlvMaxPerConn: 5
Can you please suggest steps I need to follow for reflect modified values in 
OLC.
