Ldap Entry - Invalid syntax (21)

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

We are using Openldap for the user authentication, While I am trying to add
the new User entry using:
*ldapvi -D  "cn=Manager,dc=punchh,dc=com" -w abxeS3Vxxx*

I am getting this -

*ldap_add: Invalid syntax (21)additional info: objectClass: value #0
invalid per syntax*

Here i am enclosing my ldap user entry

Please give your valuable suggestions to resolve this issue.
