Sure, didn't realized that and makes total sense, as ServerID is used to
generate CSN changes, so if ServerID=0 then is not writting CSNs -> not a
provider.

That's not what I meant to say (See Michael's response). A serverID of 0 is valid for all standalone (single node) providers. A serverID > 0 indicates it is either part of a cascading replication setup or a multimaster node.
