The only thing I can do for now.
It is highly unlikely that "reorganization" will change the overall
footprint of the slapd database. Your best bet is to use tcmalloc with
slapd -- Just LD_PRELOAD it. That will at least save you some memory usage
until you can move to back-mdb.
