supportedSASLMechanisms: CRAM-MD5
The supported SASL Mechanism's comes from the underlying SASL library
(cyrus-sasl). On Debian/Ubuntu systems, you'll need to install the
cyrus-sasl GSSAPI package, then it should appear.
