Good Morning

I have a USB drive Sandisk Ultra USB 3.0 64GB which mounts correctly when plugged into a USB 2.0 port, unmounted the drive and unplugged then plugged into USB3.0 port which failed to mount the drive, after waiting a

couple of minutes I plugged the drive into the same USB 3.0 port and it did mount.

Hi Stephan

I have USB 3 and USB 2 ports, USB drives have been reliable on both USB 2 and 3 but not always. Digital cameras have only worked on USB 2 ports and then it depends on the BE. When I experience a problem with USB after creating a new BE, I can usually revert to an earlier BE to access the device.

Kind Regards

Russell

Hi Russel!

We really need more technical details on what is happening, concrete  error messages and logs and such..

Regards,
Stephan
