Hello,
I have a DELL Precision 7520 laptop here that has the mouse8042
driver loaded, the /var/adm/messages states also:
Jul 22 21:39:44 hell i8042: [ID 526150 kern.info] 8042 device:
mouse@1, mouse8042 # 0
Jul 22 21:39:44 hell genunix: [ID 936769 kern.info] mouse80420 is
/pci@0,0/isa@1f/i8042@1,60/mouse@1
However neither Touchpad nor TrackPoint move the cursor. Also
xev(1) doesn't see any event.
An external USB mouse does work.
Any ideas how to get the internal TrackPoint working?
