I found the following issue:
Updated system last week and the following service was in maintenance:
# svcs -vx
svc:/application/pkg/system-repository:default (IPS System Repository)
State: maintenance since August 7, 2022 at 05:15:36 PM CEST
Reason: Start method exited with $SMF_EXIT_ERR_FATAL.

See: /var/svc/log/application-pkg-system-repository:default.log
Impact: 1 dependent service is not running:
svc:/application/pkg/zones-proxyd:default
SMF Log:
# tail -f /var/svc/log/application-pkg-system-repository:default.log

httpd: Syntax error on line 63 of
/var/run/pkg/sysrepo/sysrepo_httpd.conf: Cannot load
libexec/mod_wsgi-3.9.so into server: ld.so.1: httpd: fatal:
/usr/apache2/2.4/libexec/mod_wsgi-3.9.so: open failed: No such file or
directory
Server failed to start. Check the SMF service log or the error log at
/var/log/pkg/sysrepo/error_log for more information, if any.

My system has installed wsgi version 3.5 (default)
web/server/apache-24/module/apache-wsgi-35 4.9.0-2021.0.0.0 i--
Installing the version 3.9 solve the issue with the SMF, but repository
SMF depent on 3.5 actually
# pkg uninstall -vn web/server/apache-24/module/apache-wsgi-35
Creating Plan (Solver setup): -
pkg uninstall: Unable to remove
'web/server/apache-24/module/[email protected]' due to the
following packages that depend on it:
package/pkg/[email protected]
