Is there any easier way to pass this step, beside booting both zones and
adding userland there (and making openindiana.org non-stiky)?
Well, if you feel that ipkg brand is too restricting, you can try
switching zones to nlipkg - http://alp-notes.blogspot.ru/2016/03/
