I can play the video on OpenIndiana Hipster without problems.
Are any codecs missing on your side?

I have no problems playing this video in Firefox under Windows 10. I
have not replaced www with m, and I have *not* Flash Player installed.
Obviously it uses HTML5 not on smartphones only.
