Toomas Soome created this feature a while ago and called it labeled
lofi. If you give the -l option to lofiadm it will create a labeled lofi
device which you can slice using format.

# lofiadm -l -a file
/dev/dsk/c3t2d0p0
# format -d c3t2d0
