This is admittedly off topic, but Springdale Linux, like CentOS,
Scientific Linux, and Oracle Linux, is essentially identical to RHEL
except for the branding, but unlike those other distributions,
Springdale Linux offers a 32-bit version. You should get Springdale,
if you want to run RHEL 7.3 on your i386 hardware.
I cannot help you with Windows Server.
