Hi,
After changing the permissions on the ~/.config/pulse directory,
removing the directory contents and restarting pulse everything was
working. I could logout and log back in and no errors.
When I restarted my computer the directory permissions changed to
rwx------ , there is a process which is resetting the permissions
incorrectly.
