So how translate process you propose it to work? In what way it will be

.po files are like standard way of translating things in general.

Please provide some feedback how do you think to handle translation
integration process.

I alsosuggest not to integrate long text on-site but to link them to
larger text on-wiki etc, to keep site translation quick and easy and
separated from long works.

In a first stage the idea is to translate only elements of the website and
some pages with static content.
WordPress plugins does not seem to play with .po files but the interface
allows writing different versions of the same post/page.
Having people publishing through the interface is good enough for a front
end with a few pages: for longer texts the Wiki is better and requires a
different strategy.

I remember there were local site once for wWorpress localization itself
so found now Wordpress's own process:

And their tools: https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/handbook/tools/
They mention GlotPress: https://blog.glotpress.org/
https://blog.glotpress.org/the-manual/
to be added to wordpress
They also mention PoEdit: https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/handbook/tools/poedit/
