I've tried out the new nlipkg zone in Hipster. A subsequent 'beadm
create -e oldbe newbe' did not clone this zone's ZBE dataset with the
new BE's uuid as a parent. Consequently, after reboot I can not mount
and boot this zone. Is 'ipkg' cloning hardcoded in beadm? Or should
nmore brand-scripts be adapted for nlipkg support?
I suspect that
https://github.com/illumos/illumos-gate/blob/139510fb6efa97dbe5f5479594b308d940cab8d1/usr/src/lib/libbe/common/libbe_priv.h#L76
should include nlipkg.
But can't check this right now as I've broken a bit my build environment
with gcc 4.9, will have to fix it first :)
Temporary fix was committed to oi-userland and available in
/hipster-2015 repository. The issue is that it works only for new zones.
However, you can try to update old BE.
I hope we'll find more general fix to upstream it.
