This occurs on self written gtk-perl software that uses tricks
to get colorized gtk-buttons and needs the clearlooks engine
to accomplish that (it's a bit tricky). You probably won't
find that in stock gtk applications, and, as noted in the
file, these workarounds are for special cases.
