if your sfe-encumbered publisher set to sticky?

what is the output of "pkg publisher" ?
$ pkg publisher

funny thing I've noticed on my system:

jadams@jadlaptop:~$ pkg search desktop/wine
INDEX      ACTION VALUE                               PACKAGE
require    depend desktop/[email protected]
pkg:/library/desktop/[email protected]
pkg.fmri   set    sfe-encumbered/library/desktop/wine
pkg:/library/desktop/[email protected]

so sfe-encumbered/library/desktop/wine is found in a "pkg search" ... with
an old wine version.

jadams@jadlaptop:~$ pkg list -af | grep -i wine

Same from my system...

what happens if you try to "pkg install -nv

if you install "pkg:/desktop/wine" @ version 1.5.22, can you install the
1.7.7 afterwards?
Managed to install vewrsion 1.7.7 (se above). Actually, I have already tried, but it has failed (see my previous post).

So, I guess this sticky trick helped at the end. Thank you!

Hi,

That looked promising, but doesn't work:

$ pfexec pkg set-publisher --non-sticky --search-after=sfe-encumbered  sfe

$ pfexec pkg install -vn wine

           Rebuild boot archive:        No

Changed packages:
sfe-encumbered
   desktop/wine
     None -> 1.5.22-0.151.1.7:20130130T190158Z
Services:
   restart_fmri:
     svc:/application/desktop-cache/desktop-mime-cache:default

I also tried with:
$ pfexec pkg refresh --full
(after 1st step - changing sfe publisher)

And nothing changed: it tries to install 1.5.22-0.151.1.7:20130130T190158
version only

Any other suggestions?

P.S: Now I have:

$ pkg publisher -a
PUBLISHER                   TYPE     STATUS P LOCATION
openindiana.org              origin   online F http://pkg.openindiana.org/

Is there any option to get is updated?
