Apart from that - and as I've investigated that lately: check if it is SFE. If 
it is, then further read the SFE FAQ

package manifest 
athttp://pkgbuild.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/pkgbuild/spec-files-extra/trunk/  
and contact the maintainer if possible. If that's not, then finally contact 
Milan or Ken as a last resort and - if possible - take over!
