Hi, I'm using a new, fresh OI 151a5 PC, I installed gcc 4.4.4 through "pkg install gcc"
Decided to build git from source and error appears, this is part of config.log file: ... gcc version 4.4.4 (GCC) configure:2534: $? = 0 configure:2541: gcc -V >&5 gcc: '-V' option must have argument configure:2545: $? = 1 configure:2568: checking for C compiler default output file name configure:2590: gcc conftest.c >&5 gcc: error trying to exec '/opt/gcc/4.4.4/libexec/gcc/i386-pc-solaris2.11/4.4.4/cc1': execv: Permission denied configure:2594: $? = 1 configure:2632: result: configure: failed program was: | /* confdefs.h. */ | #define PACKAGE_NAME "git" | #define PACKAGE_TARNAME "git" | #define PACKAGE_VERSION "1.7.11.GIT" ... And I was using root account to build it. May anybody help me resolve please?
