If you don't use zones (which IMHO is like driving 60km/h with a BMW M5) you
could compare it with windows server R2. If you do use zones, you end up
with Windows Datacenter R2.

Oracle want $1488 for EACH cpu, but since it isn't certified, won't offer
support.
