It's a trap that smells much worse than SCO's attempt to kill Linux via lawsuit. Stay away from it. You wouldn't want OpenIndiana or illumos to be tainted by it - if they are, they'll be sued into oblivion, and they will cease to exist. If Oracle releases the source to Solaris 11 through normal channels, then, by all means, have at it.
