By saying we're doing them a great dis-service and then in the next paragraph saying that our complaining isn't going to change anything is contradictory. Many great changes have come about by people being vocal about their dissatisfaction. My big frustration with the situation is that I was used to one thing, a change happens and now everything is completely different than what it used to be. Recently Motorola started unlocking their bootloaders in response to their users complaints. They're a big company with bottom line on the forefront of their minds, this is no different.
