Hi Gabriele, Make sure you are a 'privileged' admin mode when using the CLI tool. ;) CLI should report the name of your controller and then you can type something like 'disk -h' to see info. I don't know your config setup, but just check your firmware setup and the drivers are installed and functioning properly. Check disk setup and performance from there. ~ Ken Mays

I just was mentioning to you the latest version of acrmsr. You can use the Areca CLI tool to manage the controller from there.
