search of oe-core shows no apparent uses of any of:
* cvs
* bzr
* hg
* osc
* perforce
* ssh
* svk
so, under the circumstances, i'm just going to ignore those. and
isn't svk entirely unsupported these days, anyway? or am i
misremembering?
