UKI_DEVICETREE needs to be empty when KERNEL_DEVICETREE
is not set. Fixes genericarm64 uki image builds:
ERROR: ERROR: cannot find
/home/builder/src/core/build/tmp/deploy/images/genericarm64/${KERNEL_DEVICETREE}.
