Just went through this myself. I'm on redhat 7.2. Using 9.1 RC4

RA Machine

Here's the basics (good learning experience)

modify /etc/ldap/slapd.conf
modify (/usr/local/)OpenCA/etc/servers/online.conf & ldap.conf to match
slapd.conf - special attention to ldapdir
verify no data currently exists in ldapdir
service start ldap

Openca will properly write everything to ldap if all is configed properly.
Still have to make my ldap browsable (yes still learning)

Subject: [Openca-Users] ldap

Guys, I am now onto setting up my ldap directory. Have you got any clues as
to
how to do this ? Is there a default sheama I can load that will work to get
me going ? Do you know of any good help files ?

Thanks in advance.
