This is a problem I have forget to fix, just edit the files in the
/usr/local/OpenCA/conf/openssl/extfiles (User_Certificate.ext and
Server_certificate.ext) and substitute the "ENV::nsComment" with
"ENV::COMMENT".
This will fix the problem.
