Hi David,

we just discussed the same idea idea here.

Remove the jars to java 6 users, as technically not needed. Keep the 
jars for java5/2.40 users as required.

In all cases make sure that the quoting of the exported files is correct 
with respect to the quoting we want (what is also your idea).

For the fix quoting to be the expected one we have a proposed change 
which could do this without resorting to any hacks (like writing then 
'fixing' the files).

We will prototype it and then present the full list of planned changes here.
