You cannot either to distinguish between community modules, 
commercial...I think platform is working on that not sure. to make MMC 
more intuitive and clear

Never happens to me. When I try to install a module and if first I have 
to enable heartbeat I have no problems. Can you log an issue but please 
try to be very clear with the steps

This is a known issue and happens very frequently in the Community 
appliance. The reason is that the ERP goes to fast to the login page and 
sometimes before the tomcat is up. That's why if you refresh the window 
again the tomcat is already up an you can login
