This appears to be an issue in the smoke tests:

In theory it might happen if you run the smoke test at mid night, in 2
different days. This test however started at 01:00 GMT+2. The only
chance I see of the test considering 2 separate days if it uses GMT even
though the system time is CEST (GMT+2).

QA team: could you please have a look at this?
