Oops is actually currently /more/ modular than Squid (the Squid guys are
working on that though). Take a look in the modules directory of the
tarball...you'll see a couple of redirectors, among other things.
You'll probably find that writing your own (at least if you know a
little C++) is easier then for Squid, as well. I don't know of any
additional modules that work with Oops that aren't included in the
distribution, though there might be some out there.
Others might be able to fill in with more info on this.
