Clumsy sentence repair: I notice in the Symphony code that there is no reflection of the Symphony grant. Replacement of headers by ALv2 notices has not occurred. Incompatible license notices and closed-source proprietary notices continue to appear among the files.

The PPMC has no chair. I suppose the updated graduation resolution would need to be balloted here. Then the IPMC can vote on it on their list for graduation.
