Hi Gary
Clang-13 is adequate for our needs and should be used for rust going
forward.
Obsoleting clang-90 is a good option.

I'm investigating clang-90 with a view to removing python 3.5 from OI.
The version is already the latest of 9.0 that is available, making a
version upgrade impossible. We already clang-13, a recent version of
the clang compiler. I'm left with only two options. Should I
obsolete clang-90, or should I leave it part of OI, but attempt to
upgrade the version of python that it uses? If I obsolete clang-90,
is clang-13 already adequate in OI?
