You put things on discussion and editing before putting them on site. If you have already put something on the site, you de facto nailed it and published it without previous consultation nor editing. Proper path would be putting your article on Wiki so it could be edited and reviewed by many. Maybe part of code of conduct could be "don't put thing on site before review and going through the process of some kind". "Don't put people in front of de facto things, without actual wanting to actually change something. Putting things on site is end act of making something and not the begining act, so please stop pushing things on site without it being "cooked".
