Now there are two ways to skin this cat: the script way or Mike
Rowell's already packaged way:
1. Mike's packaged bzip2 file:

2. Modified script to build everything from source:

The script way shows you all the steps necessary to arrive at Mike's
package. It also includes Illumian 1.0 support, which I intend to ask
Illumian mailing list to accept into the Illumian repository as well.
Whichever way the OI-dev goes, the final goal is to let users do this
command and have it installed onto their OI system: pkg install
pacemaker-heartbeat
Please let Gea, Mike or I know when this package is integrated into
OI
repository.
