Hi Ken,
 
I don't pretend to be an OAUTH guru, so I'm not sure I am the right person to 
provide an expert review.
 
But as we move towards WGLC, I will volunteer if a document shepherd is needed.
 
I unfortunately have not had the time to help push this topic forward as I 
would have hoped, so this is the least I can do.
