Verifiable Digital Credentials (SD-JWT VC) draft (see
https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/draft-ietf-oauth-sd-jwt-vc-15)
must confirm that any and all appropriate IPR disclosures required for
full conformance with the provisions of BCP 78 and BCP 79 have been
disclosed.
