[~thomasm] - I'd like to split this into more steps: (1) add the bloom filter
impl in oak-commons, (2) use it on oak-store-document, (3) update oak-blob.
This will make it easier to track the changes.
If you're ok with that, I'll work on that post Oak 1.84.0.
