Things to do:
- find the image (11.5.x)
- add potentially required documentation of steps to accept the IBM license
agreement
- add potentially required documentation of steps create database and
username/credential
- provide example command line
- potentially update oak-paremt POM's "rdb-db2" profile to use the matching
JDBC driver (if now on a public repo remove the comments about the requirement
to deploy locally)
...and finally, run the Oak test suite.)
