The best way you are going to get a true picture of this if is you run the tool on the client machine, or at the client's location. Not on the server.
On the server you can look at the Time-Taken field in the IIS logs to get some idea of how long it takes IIS to put the page onto the wire. That's not the same as the client actually receiving the packet, and doesn't take into account any proxies, accelerators, caches etc. between the server and the client. Anyway, if you have some more requirements, then perhaps we can help with your searching.
